The purpose of this Request for Information is to gain knowledge from potential contractors who are interested in providing all services related to engineering, design, construction, testing and delivery associated with the acquisition of a new crane to be installed on an existing barge platform. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, would like to invite prospective offerers to provide comments and recommendations on what the offerer would like to see in the firm fixed contract.
