The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, supplies, and equipment necessary to overhaul a total of four crane hoists assemblies and eight hydraulic motors. The hoist assemblies and hydraulic motors are from the following two cranes: 1998 70-Ton Rough Terrain Grove Crane – Two hydraulic hoist assemblies and four hydraulic motor assemblies, Model RT870 and 1998 40-Ton Truck Mounted Grove Crane Two hydraulic hoist assemblies and four hydraulic motor assemblies, Model TMS540. For both cranes, the Contractor shall overhaul two hydraulic hoist assemblies and four hydraulic motors on each crane. The repair shall include inspecting, disassembling, and rebuilding the hoist assemblies and hydraulic motors and complete all other incidental work related to the overhaul. The hydraulic motor overhaul shall include the directional control functions. The Government will transport the hoist assemblies and hydraulic motors from the Government property to the Contractors repair shop on Oahu. After the repair work is completed, the Government will transport the hoist assemblies and hydraulic motors back to the Governments work site. (Note: the Government will deliver only the hoist assemblies and hydraulic motors and not the entire cranes). Parts and Material Limitations. The Government will provide the Grove hoist assembly overhaul kits for the four hoist assemblies only (not for the hydraulic motors). The Contractor shall provide all other parts and material for the hoist assemblies (beyond the overhaul kits) up to $200 in parts/materials for each hoist assembly. The Contractor shall provide all parts and material for the hydraulic motors up to $200 in parts/materials for each hydraulic motor. The Government will not provide overhaul kits for the hydraulic motors.

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 811310 and the annual size standard is $6,500,000. The contract term will be 90 days. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract.
