The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Washington Army National Guard are soliciting quotes to procure the following supply or services: CARGO TRANSPORT

STATEMENT OF WORK FROM 8 9 JULY 2008.

1. Request that a vendor set up and operate a crane capable of loading 25 20ft commercial shipping containers from unit locations (Spokane, Pasco, Moses Lake, Bellingham, Bremerton, Kent and Camp Murray) in accordance with the attached location plan. Crane will need to be operational at 9:00 AM on the specified dates. If the trucks do not arrive as scheduled, or the crane can not load them as fast as projected, the work will be completed on the following day(fallback date). Vendor may use any applicable material handling equipment so long as it is rated for the estimated 36,000 pounds for a 20 ft container. Subsequently, the crane may need to be set up and moved more than once on a given day. The vendor will provide any applicable required slings or ancillary equipment required to load and unload containers onto and off of trucks.

2. Request 2 cranes to off load 25 20ft containers at Yakima Training Center starting at noon on the same day with the same capabilities as listed above.

The offeror must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Lack of registration in CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award.
