Cranes Today magazine still has the largest audited circulation, the highest requested readership, the highest number of named readers, and is still requested by three times as many readers as our nearest rival.

As the world’s leading crane industry title, you can rest assured that by advertising with Cranes Today magazine you are spending your marketing budget wisely.

Cranes Today will have two show issues present for Intermat. The March issue will include the main show preview, with breaking show news in April. Both will be distributed before and at the show.

This year, Cranes Today will celebrate it’s 40th anniversary. It’s position as the only truly independent magazine in the sector gives it unrivalled authority; that’s why it has the highest circulation of any international magazine in the sector, and is requested by three times as many readers as its closest rival. Cranes Today’s subscribers receive the magazine because they want to read it, not because it has been sent to them unsolicited.

Cranes Today knows that its readers are fascinated by new cranes. That’s why we regularly carry news on the latest prototypes and product launches. But we know that our readers aren’t just crane fans, but serious business people. We don’t think that reporting on new cranes ends with a photo of a prototype under testing: instead, our news and features focus on helping you see how new products can help your business grow.

Our leading business intelligence features are now split into three regular strands. Segment reports look at cranes by type, asking how new cranes are being used, and helping you identify how to make them work for your business. Regional reports look at the state of the crane industry across a specific geography. We hope they will facilitate the spread of the best ideas in lifting around the world. Finally, sector reports look at business types, and ask which cranes are best for the job, and how they are being used.

We know that accidents matter, but we know as well as you do that lifting today is not a ‘high risk’ sector, but one of the most safety conscious in the world. We won’t report on accidents for sensational effect, lending our authority to the mass panic over crane safety, but only in order to help develop best practice.

Throughout, our aim is to strengthen the lifting industry as demand returns. I hope you will support us in this by calling or emailing me and keeping me informed about what your business is doing, and what issues you think we should be covering.
