Cranes Today Marketplace, available on www.cranestodaymagazine.com/marketplace, allows users to search for free across many different vendors for a particular crane type, crane manufacturer, dealer or all three.
Unlike the printed magazine, the web site can take account of day-to-day changes in stock availability, and so is one of the most up-to-date published listings of cranes that are currently available, says Cranes Today publisher David Wildman.
The site is now offering a free trial for advertisers for a limited time only.
It is apparently a busy season for used crane web sites. The Cranes Today Marketplace site precedes the launch of a crane trading site from rival cranes publisher KHL, scheduled for later this year.
