The bridge crosses the Sea of Marmara and when completed will provide six lanes of roadway, due to be used by an estimated 5,000 vehicles a day when it opens in 2017.
The project represents what will be the fourth-longest suspension bridge in the world, at a length of 2,700m.
Aydin Vinc is using the crane for a range of lifting and logistics tasks on-site. Supplied by Sennebogen’s sales and service partner Forsen, the crane is equipped with a 35.5m-long main boom.
