Meanwhile in the Netherlands, Mammoet has appointed Koos van Tol (46) to be its new corporate safety director. Van Tol has worked for the company for almost 30 years, it said. “He has a vast experience within the industry from operator all the way through to international project director.”
It added: “He will be very keen to continue in the current downward trend of accident statistics within the Mammoet company.”
