Jake’s is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic engineer who would enjoy coordinating between its crane, transport, fabrication and sales divisions.
Job description
Crane sales support, generation of CAD drawings, technical calculations, finite element analysis, and cost estimates for a diverse set of projects. Report to and update management on timelines and status of existing and prospective jobs, interface with OSHA and county officials, articulate crane and rigging packages, construction layouts, and transportation guidelines. We specialize in designing and fabricating smarter, lighter, more efficient structures. As an inspirational team member this key person will participate in research and development of these products.
Job qualifications
CAD and Microsoft Suite competency. Candidate should be a visionary and innovative engineer, eager to use his or her creative skills in this challenging and rewarding environment. Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering (or comparable) with PE or PE potential. Masters or Ph.D. preferred.
