Hiab is working with truck makers Volvo and Scania to mount the cranes and container loaders to support emergency services during call-outs. The equipment will also support mobile water pumps, hose reels and with water tanks. Hiab BV in the Netherlands will support the equipment through a repair and maintenance contract. The 10tm-class XS 111 knuckleboom crane has a powered outreach of about 10m.
