Tadano Faun has delivered a pair of ATF 120-5 all-terrain cranes to Macedonia, where they will be used by the German army to build refugee camps and mobile military hospitals in Tetovo and Strumica to house and treat Kosovan refugees fleeing Serbia.

Counterweight and spreader attachments for container handling were transported on separate trailers.

The cranes were driven 1,400km through Austria and Italy, then shipped to Greece and driven north via Thessaloniki.

The order was placed by the German government in March and the machines were handed over on site by Faun specialist Werner Amm on 15 April.
