In his new expanded role, Dobbs will oversee the company’s Industrial & Infrastructure, Government and Global Services business groups. Previously Dobbs has led Fluor’s Industrial & Infrastructure group as president and has served the company for 26 years. Succeeding Dobbs, Wilson will be in charge of Fluor’s Industrial & Infrastructure group. Prior to this new role, Wilson was senior vice president and general manager of Fluor’s Mining & Metals business line. He too has been with Fluor for 26 years.

“With our backlog at nearly $22 billion and revenues increasing each year as a result, we must have appropriate spans of control that will best serve our continued growth and execution excellence,” said Fluor’s Chairman and CEO Alan Boeckmann. “I have asked Steve and Dwayne to serve in these new positions because I strongly believe these modifications to our senior management team will provide the expertise and focus necessary to effectively navigate our company through the opportunities and challenges in the years ahead.”

“Construction of a bridge, a hospital, a transportation center or a gold mine are activities that capture the imagination of everyone,” Wilson said.

Rick Koumouris will replace Wilson as senior vice president and general manager of the Mining & Metals businessline. Previously, Koumouris served as vice president global operations and vice president of South America operations or Mining & Metals.

Fluor Corporation had revenues of $14.1 billion in 2006.
