On 1st January 2025 current Broshuis CEO Pieter-Bas Broshuis will hand over his position as CEO, to Harold Vorsteveld (the current CCO).
Pieter-Bas will join Broshuis Holding BV, as the sole director, and will remain closely involved in Broshuis International BV’s activities in this way. He will continue to regularly attend the office and help represent Broshuis to major stakeholders. 100% of the shares will remain in the hands of Pieter-Bas Broshuis. This, says Broshuis, will safeguard the standards and values of the family business.
Harold Vorsteveld will, from 1 January 2025, take over final responsibility at Broshuis International BV.
“Harold and I have been working side-by-side for years. He was also my deputy when I was absent,” says Pieter-Bas Broshuis. “With his 25 years of Broshuis experience, of which 17 as commercial director, and his expert knowledge of the organisation, the market and the product, he is the ideal successor”.
Together with the board and the management team, Harold will further strengthen the strong foundations he and Pieter-Bas have put in place. Plans are also being made for the future of our company, with a focus on continuity.
Broshuis says given the current, healthy and long-term order book (30% defense, 70% civilian), it is confident about the future.
