Van Beest will use its expertise and extensive international distribution network to increase their international market share with the Excel products, it said. “By working together, we can further increase our service levels, and the customers will have the benefit of having a wide range of products available from one source,” the company said.
It said that current manufacturing plants in Sliedrecht, Netherlands and Celles sur Durolle, France will continue to make products. “We do not foresee any substantial changes to the staff levels,” the company said.
