GROVE Worldwide is hoping that this month sees it winning US court approval for its reorganisation plan and coming out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
The US Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg decided at a hearing on 14 and 15 August to take closing arguments on 12 September. The Honorable Robert J Woodside said that he would then issue his ruling on the future of the company and announce whether Grove’s restructuring plan could proceed.
Grove filed for Chapter 11 protection and filed its plan of reorganisation on 7 May.
