The authority seeks to buy a rubber tire mounted mobile crane, capable of lifting 55t at 35m. The crane should be diesel electric, with a maximum lifting capacity of 100t. It should be able to lift at 30m per minute, with 55t under hook. Maximum range should be 50m, and height under hook should be 40m, at 40m range.
