Improved durability is claimed for Stellar Industries’ new hydraulic hook lift loader. The G2 series of the 96-10-24 has stainless steel pivot pins to reduce rust and seizure problems. It also has reinforced tabs and pivot collars.
Aimed at municipal users and small contractors, the company says that the 96-10-24 can swap 24,000lb (11t) truck bodies in less than one minute. Bodies between 10’ and 14’ (3m to 4m) long can be tipped for dumping to 54O and all operations can be controlled from the cab.
