After the acquisition, Havator Transport employs 120 special transport professionals and has close to one hundred special tractor units. The turnover of Havator Transport will be near to EUR 30 million after the acquisition.
Transport Priuska was founded by Niilo Priuska in 1926. The ownership has stayed within the family until the present merger. In future, Transport Priuska will operate as an independent subsidiary of Havator Transport. The main depots of Transport Priuska are located in Kalajoki and Alavus. The turnover of the company is EUR 12 million.
In addition to the Nordic countries, the operational area of Transport Priuska covers Central Europe and Russia. The branch offices of the Swedish subsidiary, Priuska AB, are located in Luleå and Uppsala. The main line of business includes special transports and haulages for industry. The fleet consists of 40 tractor units and 70 special trailers, among others. All Priuska’s 50 employees, together with the management, continue to work in Havator Group.

The depots of Havator Transport are located in Tampere and Vaasa, Finland, and in Tallinn, Estonia (subsidiary Vivarek AS). “We have combined our resources in special transport, special logistics, and project work, and we can now offer our clients more extensive packages than ever. The business concepts of these two companies complement each other well,” says Timo Riiho, the CEO of Havator Transport.

Havator Group was established in 1956 and it is the largest group in the Nordic countries providing lifting services, installation services, special transports, and harbor crane services.
