Unlike most exhibitions Vertikal Days is a relaxed and all inclusive affair, with central hospitality, running all day, and simple easy to organise exhibitor stands. The whole point is to focus on the people and the equipment rather than how glitzy a booth the exhibitors can build or afford or how flash their hospitality might be.

This year the CPA will be organising a short seminar at the event on June 25th to launch its new Tower Crane best practice guide with speakers discussing safe working practices with tower cranes.

The Association of Lorry Loader Manufacturers and Importers will also host a number of demonstrations and safety training sessions. While IPAF is planning a session to discuss its Rental Plus programme.

Confirmed exhibitors will show a selection of Mobile cranes, Tower cranes, spider cranes, mini cranes, trailer cranes, lifting gear, Telescopic handlers, scissor lifts, boom lifts, truck mounted lifts and spider lifts. Not to mention affiliated services such as components, software, publications and associations.

The show opens its gates each day at 10:00 am with an evening event organised on site on June 25th. It is a great opportunity for those who work with lifting equipment to meet and most importantly have time to talk, to suppliers, specialists and their peers as well as picking up some useful safety tips from the seminars.

Some eight years after the Haydock show closed cranes and access are back in force, with the only dedicated mobile lifting event in the UK.
