“Health and safety is a core value at Hewden and we are consistently looking to improve standards still further,” says Tom Corrigan, Head of Safety and Quality Services at Hewden.
Hewden’s internal health and safety programme includes regular monthly EH&S meetings between senior management and heads of business and an ongoing training schedule for managers in the use of Hewden’s Safety Management System. Last month, the one thousandth employee attended the 2007 Hewden Environmental Health and Safety road show.
