A new CAD-designed flow path in the new range reduces pressure drop by 15-40%. The HQ series’s factor of safety has been increased more than 30%. H Series couplings have a zinc plated finish and are ideal for general plant applications. HQ Series couplings are finished with a new high impact hardening process, which gives them a silver colour. The hardening process helps make them more resistant to Brinelling, wear and corrosion. These couplings pass the 200 hour salt spray test as stipulated by certain major OEMs. The couplings are produced in Germany by Holmbury’s manufacturing partner, Voswinkel.
