The ship will be in port at Port Hardy on the 13 September 2006. A bidders’ conference will be held onboard the vessel. The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered. It is recommended that bidders who intend to submit a bid attend or send a representative. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the bidders’ conference will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
The work onboard the vessel is to commence on 22 November, 2006 and be completed by 22 December, 2006. The work is to be performed onboard the docked vessel at the Institute of Ocean Sciences, 9860 West Saanich Road, Sidney, B.C, Canada.
