JEFF BUST resigned last month as executive VP Manitowoc Crane Group and CEO of Grove , saying that his job was now done.

Bust was president and CEO of Grove Worldwide before Manitowoc took over Grove in August this year. Before joining Grove four years ago he had been general manager of Manitowoc Cranes.

Once the Grove deal completed, day to day control of Grove past to John Wheeler, Bust’s number two at Grove, while Bust was put in charge of a team managing the transition process of integrating Grove into Manitowoc. His job description was ‘transition manager for the Grove and Potain acquisitions, as well as identifying and evaluating future acquisitions, plus undertaking other special assignments’.

Bust said that he had completed that transition assignment.
