Kalmar, a subsidiary of Partek Corporation, has completed its acquisition of Dutch container crane and straddle carrier manufacturer Nelcon.
Following approval from the competition authorities, Partek Corporation’s subsidiary Kalmar Industries has signed an agreement to acquire NHC Holding BV, comprising the container crane and straddle carrier manufacturer Nelcon BV and the service company Groot-Hensen BV. The net sales of the acquired companies are Euro 80m.
