Dutch CRANE rental and trucking company L Kielstra Kraanverhuur en Transport has bought the crane hire operations of Pax Bouw- en Industrieservice.
The new company will operate as L Kielstra Kraanverhuur b.v. and will have its headquarters in Leeuwarden, at the home of the Pax crane division. The combined company will also continue to operate out of Kielstra’s Drachten premises.
The acquisition includes eight telescopic mobile cranes. Together with new equipment that Kielstra has recently bought as part of a E2m investment, the company now has a fleet of more than 20 cranes. The fleet includes mobile truck-mounted tower cranes as well as all-terrains up to 160t capacity.
