KCI Konecranes has appointed Markku Leinonen to the position of director of business development. He is succeeded as Asia-Pacific chief executive by Rainer Aalto, who joins KCI Konecranes from MacGregor.
• Jason McGraw joins the staff of the American Construction Industry Manufacturers Association (CIMA) as director of expositions. His tasks include overseeing the promotion and marketing of the CONEXPO show.
• Jim Kelly, vice president industrial marketing of Cummins Engine Co, joins the CIMA board of directors.
• Grove Manlift has promoted Michael Zhou and Don Blasdell. Zhou is now manager of the technical support group, which is responsible for structural and stability analysis of aerial work platform designs. Blasdell is manager, industrial product development, responsible for developing Manlift scissors lift and telescoping boom models designed for use in industrial applications.
