The JT 132.8 (130mt), JT 152.8 (150mt) and JT 182.8 (180mt) models have been designed specifically for rental companies each have an 8t maximum capacity and feature modular jib sections, winches, electrical parts and other components. This, says Kranenbouw Jost BV, means the parts can be interchanged between the crane models, as well as used on Jost’s tower crane types TH 15.2 and TH 15.3 with bolt connections and on 120HC towers compatible with Liebherr tower cranes of the same name.
S Series cranes are supplied with a jib that carries the hoist, trolley winches, cables, cabin electrics and trolley so that it can be lifted in one movement.
Every crane is equipped with Jost’s Cacon cab that houses instruments, a touch panel, all electrics and electronics and a heated driver’s seat. Kranenbouw says this protects these components from shocks, dust and the weather, and gives drivers space and access to electric components.
