The mobile cranes will be used within enclosed naval bases, so they do not have to be registered. One of the cranes will operate at Haakonsvern naval base (HOS) in Bergen. The other crane will operate at Ramsund naval base (ROS) situated in Ramsund – approximately 50 km south of Harstad.Leasing of old and used cranes is a possibility. Used cranes should have a lifespan that corresponds to 3/4 of the total lifespan.Tenders can be submitted for one of the locations, or collectively for both locations. The prices must be kept seperately.
Capacity for mobile crane – Haakonsvern (HOS):- 4-axle mobile crane- dimensional lift capacity:- minimum 12 tonne v/radius 16 m- minimum 3,5 tonne v/radius 25 m- minimum 1 tonne v/radius 16 m and lift height 40 m.
Capacity for mobile crane – Ramsund (ROS):- minimum 21 tonne v/radius 8 m.NB. Awarding authority will not consider cranes that are bigger than the specified requirements.
