The crane was employed to lift the seventh and eighth sections of the four legs, which each total 86.46m in height. Each section weighed 52t.

Boat builder Lamprell is building the Seajacks Leviathan in the UAE and hired the LTM 11200-9.1 from crane rental firm Al Faris. The alternative lifting solution was to use two 500t Liebherr models in a tandem lift but this would have required the cranes to be repositioned for each leg. The LTM 11200-9.1 was equipped with 202t of counterweight, an 88.3m-long boom with superlift and an 18m hydraulic offset fly jib. Positioned alongside the vessel, the LTM was able to complete all four legs from one position with a 26m radius and telescoping boom.

The LTM 11200-9.1 was also used to place a 138t Huisman marine crane at the stern of the vessel for permanent installation. It was twinned with a 500t LTM 1500-8.1 in a top and tail lift operation. The LTM 11200-9.1 was equipped with a 53.3m boom and superlift for this work, with the LTM 1500-8.1 equipped with a 31.7m boom.
