The LTC 1045-3.1 joins a 55t model in Liebherr’s range of compact cranes, the LTC 1055-3.1. The initial drawing shows that, unlike the first LTC, the new crane will feature a cab mounted on a telescopic arm, for improved operator visibility when lifting. The cab will be able to be repositioned for lifting and for travel, combining the advantages of single cab and dual cab cranes.
The LTC range is targeted at jobs in restricted working environments. The cranes feature hydrostatic transmission, for very precise movement on the job site.
