For the 35 ton crane (model HC-78B), the contractor will repair/replace numerous items such as the drum rotation indicators, out-rigger controls, hydraulic flex lines, lock-valve assemblies, gantry sheave assemblies, and the boom hoist brake cylinders to list some of the repairs. The contractor will also provide two new boom sections and also remove the LMI fro m the existing tip section and attach to the new tip boom section. The work may be performed on-site or taken off site for repairs. For the 30 Ton crane (model RTC 8030), the contractor shall come on-site and rebuild the swivel.
