Link-Belt Construction Equipment has taken over responsibility for parts and service support for all Hitachi crawler cranes in North America.
The move follows the establishment on 1 July of the 50/50 joint venture in Japan between Link-Belt’s parent company Sumitomo Heavy Industries Ltd and Hitachi Construction Machinery Co.
