A safety device which protects riggers from electrocution by overhead cables has been been winning plaudits in the UK.
Load Monitor’s insulated link, the Load Insulator, has been given so-called Millennium Product status, joining a list of 2,000 British products that is being drawn up by the government-backed Design Council to represent the best of British design.
The product also reached a shortlist of five in the innovations category of the Manufacturing Industry Achievement Awards.
