This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation, F2S3259125A001-II, shall serve as a request for quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33.

This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 423830 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.

The following commercial item(s) is/are requested in this solicitation; 0001 – Load Management System with Anti-2-Block (A2B) System, Load, Angle, Boom Length, & Shut-down options. To include the following: i) Labor & Installation costs for the removal of the existing load management system and the installation of the new load management system; ii) Pricing includes Hauling & Delivery/Shipping costs. Mfr: Crane Smart P/N: Load, Angle, A2B (7.5 Ton Loadcell Model; 15,000 lbs Capacity; 100 lbs Resolution) or Equal. QTY: 1 EA (Note: LMS is for a Lorain Crane Model Number: LRT180A; Model Year 1988; Serial Number: 79635; cable is 1/2″ 6X19 wire rope.)

The contractor shall complete the delivery of supplies within 30 calendar days after receipt of order. FOB: Destination for delivery to Little Rock AFB, AR 72099.
