The old city circuit designed within the town walls saw more than 80 classic Formula 1, sport, and touring cars dating from the 1920s to the 1970s, including those from Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Auto Union, Bugatti, Ferrari, Jaguar, Maserati, Mercedes, and Porsche.

Stationed with the official rescue team, a new city crane ATC 20 – with an overall chassis length of 6.36m, a height of 2.9m, and a width of 2.3m – was able to negotiate the narrow streets of the old Bergamo city.

The ATC 20 is equipped with a six-section fully powered telescopic boom from 5.6 to 23.8m, and reaches a maximum tip height of 34m, including 8m fly jib.
