KCI Koneports’ new service companies, Noell Konecranes in Germany and Caillard Kone cranes in France, have taken E10m in orders so far this year, parent KCI Konecranes has reported.
KCI entered the dock crane service business through acquisitions of Caillard and the Noell service business last year.
For Jakarta International Container Terminal in Indonesia, Noell Konecranes will inspect nine ship-to-shore cranes, 29 RTG cranes, and 47 spreaders. In Taiwan, Noell Konecranes has a contract to repair and re-erect two stacker reclaimers. For Jacksonville Port Authority in the USA it will refurbish two Paceco ship-to-shore cranes and replace trolley brakes on three Paceco cranes.
In France, Le Havre Port Authority has commissioned Caillard Konecranes to repair the leg of a gantry grab crane and install additional safety brakes for three slewing hook cranes.
