The company said the new branch offered the opportunity to add to its regional network, tune in to customers and improve service. Mammoet is also relocating more people to its branch in Algeria, a move the company believes recognises regional market potential.
Mammoet will now be represented in Cairo by Mammoet Egypt its director Khaled Ahmed said: "We are optimistic about Egypt’s political, economic, and social developments. This country offers a big market with vast potential, and we are ready to take this opportunity"
The branch in Cairo is the second new office to be opened within a year, following the establishment of a new branch in Baku, Azerbaijan. Both new branches will support project operations.
