The newest Manitex machine, the 50110S, will be on display. Rated at 50 US tons, this machine is equipped with a new 110ft boom with a tip height of 117ft: add the telescopic jib and the machine tip height increases to 164ft (50m). The machine is on the same platform as the 5096 introduced earlier this year at the ICUEE trade show, Manitex’s best-ever selling product introduction. These machines offer a fully enclosed operator cab, hydraulic pilot operated crane controls, diesel heater, LMI system to assist in overload protection and its ROCSolid Outriggers featuring a radio remote controller for ease of crane set-up as standard equipment.
Introduced at the ICUEE trade show, the 30112S will also be on display at ConExpo. The S-Style has a ride-around operator station for visibility of the load as it is lifted and repositioned. The 112ft boom yields a tip height of nearly 168ft feet when fitted with an optional telescopic jib.
The 35124C is a 35 US ton machine with a maximum tip height of 166ft. The machine on display will include available options: four-function radio remotes for crane operations, gravity levelled two-man rotating basket and a telescopic jib. Series standard features include out-down outriggers with multiple spread load capacity charts and an LMI for overload protection.
The C-Series cranes offer multiple boom length and jib options for maximum reach in each of their class. The 30102C is a 30 US ton machine with a 102ft boom reaching a maximum height of 157ft when fitted with the optional 46ft telescopic jib. Standard features of the C-series cranes include two-speed hoist with grooved drum and negative fleet angle to virtually eliminate rope stacking on long booms, and clamp on mounting for ease of installation. Also available on all C-series cranes is an optional front stabiliser with the First-Up auto retract feature for 360° lifting operations.
