Pommier will work on aftermarket customer support services in EMEA, alongside the EMEA cranes management team. Manitowoc said he will focus on “several strategic imperatives” designed to make Crane Care the market leader in customer support.
Pommier has spent two decades with Manitowoc, working across engineering, operations and project management. He replaces Thibaut Le Besnerais, who is moving to another position within Manitowoc.
“The expertise and experience that Eric has gained through his previous roles with Manitowoc has perfectly positioned him to lead our service in EMEA into the future,” said Larry Bryce, executive vice president for Manitowoc Crane Care.
