A pair of manual hydraulic pumps for use with high tonnage cylinders has been launched by Hi-Force Hydraulics. The HP 235 series of high flow, two speed models are designed for large oil capacity and fast cycle times. The two stage piston pumps have a 10 litre pre-filled oil capacity reservoir and an extended base support. Low pressure displacement is 100cm3 per stroke which automatically switches to 4cm3 displacement on high pressure. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar and the HP 235 has a two-way pressure relief valve for single acting cylinders. For double acting cylinders is the HP 235D which has a three position, four way valve.
