Now the company, a former Tadano-Faun sales agent, has launched a 35t model, MC 35 HS, that is allowed to travel almost twice as fast as its older sibling: 70km/hr instead of 40km/hr, and can also lift more. The crane has been beefed up with a larger frame, larger 14.00 R 25 tyres, and now weighs 24t. The crane features a 190kW Mercedes diesel engine, has two Kessler driving and steering axles, hydrostatic transmission and Sauer Danfoss hydraulic equipment and Inter Control limit moment device. The crane measures 6.5m long, 2.4m wide and 3m high.
With its 25.5m six-section telescoping boom reaches a tip height of 28m, and can lift 1.1t to horizontal outreach of 23m with 3.5t counterweight. It can lift 35t at 2m radius. A three-section 4.2m hydraulic jib is also available. A 2.5t-capacity forklift attachment is also available.
The company expects to sell 50 units of both models in 2008.
