Unedited press release: The NCCCO Foundation and Heavy Equipment Colleges of America (HEC) are proud to announce the recent recipients of the Veterans In Crane Training Outstanding Recognition (V.I.C.T.O.R) award programme.

Since expanding the V.I.C.T.O.R programme in 2023 to additional HEC locations throughout the U.S., sixteen veterans from various states and services have been recognized as the top-performing veterans in their NCCCO mobile crane operator certification courses.

The following award winners were provided with a $250 gift card, YETI tumbler, and a Certificate of Achievement plaque in the last twelve months.

About the V.I.C.T.O.R. Award 

The VICTOR Award Program was unveiled at the NCCCO Foundation’s Sixth Annual Industry Forum on Veterans Day, November 11, 2021. Eligible participants must be a veteran and have completed the HEC Mobile Crane Training Program. Awards are issued quarterly in accordance with the program completion timeline. Through the sponsorship of the NCCCO Foundation, awardees receive a $250 gift card, a YETI tumbler, and a Certificate of Achievement.

The Heavy Equipment Colleges of America (HEC) is a private educational and training school specializing in entry level training on mobile earthmoving and lifting equipment at four (4) locations around the country.
