The Crane Rental Association of Canada (CRAC) has appointed a new chairman and board of directors at its annual convention, held 5-10 June in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Rob Magee of GWIL Crane Service was announced as the new chairman on the final evening of the conference. He takes over from Irving Equipment’s Alan Swagerman, who will remain on the board in the position of past chair. CRAC operates a three year rotation policy for directors and chairmen.
Other new board members are Bruce Margetts of Crane Force, Tim Peterson of Liebherr Canada, Bill Finkle Snr of Cropac Equipment, Sheldon Baker of Canadian Crane Rentals and Randy Moir of Moir Crane Service.
