Erik Hagglund has been appointed general manager of MacGregor’s crane division and president of MacGregor Cranes AB.
In his new role Hagglund, aged 49, takes over from Hans Pettersson who was recently appointed president and CEO of the MacGregor Group, and is now based in the company’s headquarter in Stockholm.
Since joining MacGregor in 1977 as a hydraulic engineer, Hagglund has held various positions within MacGregor Cranes, including product manager for offshore cranes, production manager, after sales manager, design manager and senior vice president.
