The award for Best Product Idea went to the United Kingdom’s, TH White, for a new stabilizer concept for Palfinger’s Epsilon on-road forestry crane.

TH White distributes cranes and agricultural equipment.

The award for Best Service Idea went to HINZ Försäljnings of Sweden for its development of a mobile application enabling fast troubleshooting for service partners.

Palfinger Crane Rus, Russia, came up with a solution-oriented product catalogue that earned it the award for Best Marketing Idea.

Palfinger awarded the Lifetime achievement award to Armand Vincent of Palfinger France for his service as a sales partner since the beginning of the 1970s.

Palfinger said longstanding dealer partnerships were cornerstones of its success and stressed the importance of designing appropriate products, marketing concepts and services.
