Kynningsrud said the acquisition will give it “greater flexibility” when serving its customers in the truck crane market. “We can now offer an even better service in eastern Norway,” it added.
Delmark Transport AS consists of nine employees, eight truck cranes with trailers, two trucks as well as mixer trucks. The acquisition does not include the mixer trucks working for Maxit (Optiroc). The previous owner, Wily Delmark, will continue running this part of the business.
