Equipped with up to five hydraulic extensions the cranes have a lifting moment of 7.9tm and outreach of 14m, and a 10.1tm lifting moment and 14.2m outreach respectively.
HPLS technology is claimed to increase the lifting capacity of the crane by up to 10 per cent at reduced working speed. According to Palfinger: “The reduced speed makes it easier to position heavy loads more precisely. The large stabiliser spread of up to 5.6m (hydraulic) at the same time ensures the necessary stability.”
