Austrian loader crane manufacturer Palfinger has announced projected results for 2000 showing sales revenue up 28% to Euro 313m and earnings before taxation and interest up 67% to Euro 45m.
In 2000 Palfinger sold 17,097 cranes and systems, a year-on-year increase of 25%. Strong demand for truck cranes and hook loaders was a major factor in this growth, the company said.
The management expects further growth of volume, revenue and earnings in 2001.
The final results will be announced on 30 March 2001.
