The results include only one month’s figures from Bison, the manufacturer of truck-mounted aerial work platform operations that Palfinger acquired on 1 December.
‘We have grown more than the market and we are proud that we have outperformed the competition,’ said says Wolfgang Anzengruber, chairman of Palfinger’s management board. ‘Nevertheless, we have not reached the peak of our potential yet, we have enough capacity for further growth.’
Despite the weak dollar, sales rose particularly strongly in North America, the company said.
