The sales and service team consists of Russian native speakers, whilst spare parts and components can be delivered within days from a warehouse in Moscow.

All the units are equipped to work from plus 40 degrees up to minus 25 degrees as a standard, and the company said they were offering an extended warranty period of 2,250 hours or 18 months.
