The P-Fold project is an innovative assistance system that makes it easier for customers to fold and unfold their cranes. The crane operator activates the P-Fold control via the PALcom P7 operating menu. The intelligent P-Fold control takes over coordination of all crane movements until a defined working position is reached and can easily fold it again from any working position.
P-Fold takes control of all crane movements as well as controlling the fly jib and cable winch. The operator can also check the innovative system just with one control lever throughout the entire process. Set-up time is kept to a minimum, which saves time and money for the operator.
